Isabelle, Maybe you can help us with something else? Our mom has been trying to call customer service for several weeks. She leaves messages and no one returns her call. She would like to up grade me back to VIP and down grade Dillon from Gold to just VIP. She's had some credit card fraud on the internet so she doesn't want to make the changes via click here.
