Carpoolers is a new comedy on ABC that takes male comedy on the road! Created by Bruce McColloch of Kids in the Hall, this show is part of ABC's new "Man Date" lineup. Carpoolers follows four different working men on their 45-minute ride to work. Gracen (Fred Goss, Sons & Daughters) is the oldest member and leader of the carpool. Although he is a professional mediator he causes more problems than he solves with his bossy attitude. Laird (Jerry O'Connell, Sliders, Crossing Jordan) is Gracen's best friend, and is a reckless playboy dentist. Aubrey (Jerry Minor, Mr. Show) is a meek family man in an unhappy marriage who clings to the carpool for emotional support. Dougie (Tim Peper, The Guiding Light) is a newlywed and the newest member of the carpool who turns to the guys for manly advice. Together they get into trouble, learn life lessons, and eventually get to work.
