Project Runway

Project Runway blends competition and fashion design as it pits a group of clothing designers against each other for a shot at the big time. The contestants get a small amount of time and an even smaller budget to create innovative, fashionable, and wearable outfits. Contestants then face judgment on the runway by host and creator supermodel Heidi Klum, notable fashion icons including designer Michael Kors, Elle Magazine Fashion Director Nina Garcia, and guest judges including Nicky Hilton, Diane von Furstenberg, and even Debra Messing. They also get some help from fashion mentor Tim Gunn who tries to help them "make it work." The top 3 contestants get to show their lines at Olympus Fashion Week and the winning designer receives a cash prize to start their own line, a spread in Elle Magazine, and a possible mentorship with a major fashion label.

Q:
