One Tree Hill is the CW's hit teen drama about the struggle between half-brothers Lucas and Nathan in the small town of Tree Hill. Lucas, played by Chad Michael Murray (House of Wax), was raised modestly by his single mother (The Cutting Edge star Moira Kelly). Meanwhile, Nathan, played by James Lafferty (Boston Public), is the incredibly popular and wealthy star of the basketball team. They compete on and off the court, over the same girl, Peyton Sawyer, and try to fit into each other's very different worlds. One Tree Hill tackles complicated issues as the characters deal with jealousy, pregnancies, murder, and school violence. Music plays a major role in the series with each episode title an actual song lyric or title. Artists featured on One Tree Hill include U2, Dashboard Confessional, Bright Eyes, and Radiohead.
