Cold Case is a procedural crime drama that follows Philadelphia homicide detective Lilly Rush (Kathryn Morris) who has an aptitude for solving "cold cases," unsolved crimes that have been shelved for lack of proper evidence. In each episode Lilly Rush uses her great understanding of the criminal mind and the latest scientific breakthroughs to solve these crimes. She interrogates witnesses about crimes long since forgotten. Each episode has gripping drama as old wounds are reopened and secrets are sometimes literally unearthed. Feature film actress Kathryn Morris, whose credits include Minority Report, AI: Artificial Intelligence and Mindhunters is joined by experienced theatre actors including Danny Pino and Tracie Thom, who most recently branched out into films with the remake of Rent and the Quentin Tarantino film Death Proof.
