Beauty and the Geek

Beauty and the Geek has been dubbed "The Ultimate Social Experiment." Ashton Kutcher created this reality show where eight beauties are matched with eight geeks. These mismatched teams must compete in challenges either based on geeky skills like science, cars, and math or beauty skills like flirting, grooming, and even interior design. The goal of Beauty and the Geek is to show that there is more to people than first impressions allow. Over the course of the show the beauties prove they have more to offer than just their looks. The geeks also show there's more to them than just book smarts. Throughout each season the geeks slowly grow into attractive socially aware men while the beauties evolve into well rounded women. Beauty and the Geek becomes more about personal growth and social awareness than competition but there still are some cutthroat moments, scheming, and alliances in this reality show. The winners take home a prize of $250,000.
