They attend elite private schools and have access to the most exclusive spots in New York. They also have to struggle with sex, drugs, and a ton of drama. Gossip Girl stars Blake Lively (Accepted) as Serena van der Woodsen and Leighten Meester (Surface) as Blair Waldorf, whose perfect world is turned upside down when Serena unexpectedly returns to New York. The series is narrated by the anonymous Gossip Girl (voiced by Veronica Mars' Kristen Bell), a blogger who dishes on all the Upper East Side gossip on her website.
