William Peter Moseley (27 April 1987) is an English actor. He is best known for starring as
Peter Pevensie in
The Chronicles of Narnia film series. Previously, he played a small role as Forrester in a 2002
television version of
Goodbye, Mr. Chips, and he was cast as an extra in Cider with Rosie (1998). He also auditioned without success for the role of Harry Potter.
Moseley was born in
Sheepscombe,
Gloucestershire, England in the
Cotswolds, the son of Julie and Peter Moseley, who is a
cinematographer.
