Tim Progosh is a Canadian actor and producer/creator of the Canadian Comedy Awards, an annual awards show held since 2000 in Toronto (2000-2002) and London, Ontario (2003- ).

Tim graduated with a Double Honours degree in Politics and Drama from the University of Western Ontario. He played the principal character "Firouz" in the TV series The Adventures of Sinbad [1] and several films. He currently is vice-president at Higher Ground Productions, Corp. in Toronto.
