The Tyra Banks Show (also known as and shortened to Tyra or The Tyra Show) is an American talk show hosted by Tyra Banks.

It premiered on September 12, 1991 in front of a live-to-tape audience at CBS Television City in Los Angeles. The series was created to fill in the empty slot after The Ricki Lake Show was discontinued. In summer 2007 the show moved to New York City where it is filmed in the Chelsea Studios which was formerly occupied by Ricki Lake."Tyra Banks Shows" Confirms Move to New York, TV Week, June 6, 2007 and is now recorded in front of a live-to-tape audience at Chelsea Studios in New York City. The final five all-new episodes from Los Angeles were aired the week of September 3, 2007 and followed by the 3rd season premiere on following week, September 10, 2007 in New York City. The fourth season began on September 8, 2008.

My inspiration comes from the VERY TALENTED and VERY SEXY SUPERMODEL TYRA BANKS. She has inspired me to never give up, to never give up hope when someone turns me down because they may love my look however I am to short. Or they may not even like my look at all. She has inspired me to take AMAZING photos and come up with my own ideas. She has inspired me to continue my education as well as pursue my modeling career. She is a very wonderful, gorgeous, and beautiful woman. She has the heart of an angel and the power to embrace all. But most importantly she speaks her mind, she will always tell you her opinion, and it's always the TRUTH. = D Erika

I love, love, love Tyra Banks! Before she left Victoria's Secret, she was definately my favorite. Everything she touches turns to gold. She's truely an inspiration for young women who has big dreams! You rock Tyra!
