Lynn C. Toler (born October 25, 1959 in Columbus, Ohio) is the judge of the television series Divorce Court, replacing Mablean Ephriam on September 11, 2006. She previously hosted the court show Power of Attorney.

Toler served as an administrative judge in Cleveland Heights Municipal Court for eight years after working as an attorney specializing in civil matters. She won the position as a judge in a predominately Democratic district as a Republican, where Democrats held 5:1 majority. Toler brought tenacity and compassion to the courtroom enforcing nontraditional judgments, such as hand written essays. As a judge she served in Cleveland seeing over 25,000 cases per year. Toler is a native of Columbus, Ohio. She earned an undergraduate degree in English and American Literature from Harvard (1981) and a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School (1984). Toler currently resides in Ohio with her husband of 17 years and two teenage sons.
