Alana Kimberly Stewart (born
21 August 1979,
Holmby Hills,
California) is an
American socialite,
fashion model and
fashion designer and the daughter of
Rod Stewart.
Biography
She is the daughter of
rock star Rod Stewart and his first wife
Alana Stewart. She has an older half brother
Ashley Hamilton from her mother's marriage to
George Hamilton. She has one full brother, Sean Stewart. She also has four younger half siblings from her father Rod Stewart: Ruby (whose mother is
Kelly Emberg); Renee and Liam (whose mother is
Rachel Hunter); and Alistair (whose mother is
Penny Lancaster).
A daughter of a former model, Stewart always wanted to follow her mother's footsteps. She attended a modeling school before being hired by
Tommy Hilfiger Company. Stewart, along with Meagan Maitland and
Nicky Hilton, was the face of Australian underwear line,
Antz Pantz in
2005-
2006. As a part of her duty, she became model for the line's TV commercials and poster advertisements. In 2006 she became the face of
Blend jeans.
