Frances Fisher (born 11 May 1952) is a British-born American
actress who has appeared in such films as
Unforgiven,
Titanic, and
Gone in Sixty Seconds.

Fisher was born in
Milford on Sea,
Hampshire,
England, daughter of Olga (
née Moen), a homemaker, and William I. "Bill" Fisher, Sr., an oil refinery construction superintendent.
