Alicia Morton (born April 29, 1987 in Gonzales, Louisiana) is an American actress and singer.

Family

Alicia has an older brother, Shane (born 1981). Her father, the late Jon Morton, died of liver cancer in 1997. Her mother, Kathy Jones, owns and runs the family carpet and flooring business in Gonzales, LA.

Biography

Alicia started singing when she was 18 months old. When she was 6, she played Molly in Annie at her school in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She was 7 when she landed the part of young Cosette in Broadway's Les Misérables in 1996. In this role, Morton struggled with some of the dramatic moments. Her most recent film was the 2006 vampire horror film The Thirst, where she played a young girl with hemophilia named Sara.
